• Keep it brief! I'm not comfortable getting into the details of your personal situation over the phone. I prefer bookings that come in online. My technique isn't about talking anyway, it's more practical. When you have the session, all we need is a quick chat about the subject - for example, anxiety, development etc. 

• Availability is only via my (up to the minute) electronic diary / booking app
